Job Overview The Crew Lead is responsible for managing a number of groundskeeping teams, maintaining existing grounds, training workers, supervising equipment use, ensuring staff observe safety guidelines, and completing various administrative duties. The role requires leadership skills and sound knowledge of pesticides and chemicals. A $2,000 sign‑on bonus is offered (terms apply). Responsibilities Lead a crew in mowing accurately and within a posted schedule. Drive a crew in a truck with a trailer. Operate commercial mowing equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and other machinery. Perform minor equipment repairs. Qualifications Hard‑working, enjoys working outdoors, and aims for a career in landscaping. Willingness to work in all types of weather (heat, rain, cold). Willingness to work some Saturdays during peak seasons. Ability to stay motivated and work efficiently. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
