This position will require close collaboration with individual Traders to support their respective lines of business. This position requires a team player with excellent attention to detail and a self-starter mentality. This individual will continually advance in their ability to evaluate contractual content of proposals, evaluate the need for additional legal review, and ensure all contracts are approved and documented appropriately.Key ResponsibilitiesReviews and analyzes contractual agreements to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards; evaluates for additional legal review and engages relevant stakeholders as neededIdentifies and mitigates potential risks associated with contract terms and conditionsProvides recommendations for contract modifications based on legal and business considerationsManages the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation and drafting to execution and renewalMaintains a centralized repository of contracts and ensures accurate and timely documentationMonitors contractual obligations and deadlinesDevelops strategies to minimize contractual risks and maximize opportunitiesCommunicates contract-related information to internal and external stakeholders; collaborates cross functionally to ensure alignment on contractual mattersIdentifies opportunities for process improvements in contract management and contributes to the development of best practicesSupports activities related to contract auditsDevelops strong relationships with key business partnersEducation and Experience• Bachelor's Degree required• 2 years of related experience requiredSkillsAccountability - Take ownership of actions and behaviors.
