Onsite Tax Office Client Concierge - Growth & Training

Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is hiring a Client Service Associate in Lenoir City, TN for an in-person role. You will greet clients, confirm appointments, distribute marketing materials, and engage with customers to ensure a positive visit at our offices.

No prior experience is required as paid training is provided. This position offers opportunities for advancement within the organization, plus a performance-based bonus and perks such as free tax training and continuing education.
