Where This Role Sits Onsite in South Charlotte (full‑time, onsite) What You Will Do Assist in collecting, tracking, and analyzing production, labor, material, and overhead costs Support the preparation of cost reports, variance analyses, and margin calculations Help maintain inventory records and assist with inventory valuations and reconciliations Participate in month‑end close activities related to cost accounting Assist with standard cost updates and basic variance explanations Support budgeting and forecasting processes with cost‑related data Collaborate with operations, procurement, and accounting teams to ensure accurate data entry Maintain organized documentation for audits and internal reporting Follow company policies and accounting standards (GAAP) How You Are Qualified Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Required) Basic understanding of accounting and cost concepts Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Willingness to learn new accounting software or ERP systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Analytical and problem‑solving skills Good written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time‑management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Eagerness to learn and grow within a finance environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
