Production Associate (Paint Manufacturing) Temp-to-Hire
Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality solvent-based coatings, is seeking a Production Associate (Paint Manufacturing) Temp-to-Hire to join their team. As a Production Associate (Paint Manufacturing) Temp-to-Hire, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production and packaging of paint products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dependability, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: West Bend
Pay Range: $20/hr.
Shift: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (Current schedule: 6:00 AM 4:00 PM). Occasional Saturdays depending on production needs.
What's the Job?
- Perform batching and blending of paint products according to established formulas.
- Assist with filling and packaging products into various containers such as quarts, pails, and drums.
- Handle raw materials and finished goods, including chemical handling.
- Operate and assist with equipment used for production and packaging.
- Move and stage materials, including lifting 4050 lbs regularly, using drum handling equipment such as lifters and tilters.
What's Needed?
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to safely lift 4050 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working with chemicals and in an industrial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
