We are seeking a Travel Experience Coordinator who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and personalized travel planning. This role focuses on guiding clients through every step of their journey—from initial inquiry to post-travel follow-up—ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand travel preferences and goals
- Research and recommend destinations, resorts, cruises, and tours
- Coordinate bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation
- Communicate clearly with clients before, during, and after travel
- Handle changes or issues with care and professionalism
- Build long-term client relationships
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Customer service or hospitality background preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Passion for travel and helping others
The Client Relations Travel Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for travelers, delivering high-touch service and customized travel solutions. This role blends customer care, problem-solving, and travel expertise to exceed client expectations.
