ACCOUNT MANAGER In-Office – Troy, NY Fusco Personnel is seeking a positive professional Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and to drive measurable utilization and savings results. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Drive product adoption, engagement, and ROI Set client goals and coordinate with internal teams to achieve results Analyze data and produce outcome reports Demonstrate digital solutions and act as a product and industry ambassador Capture and communicate the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of account management experience Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset Familiarity with Zoho CRM/Projects (A Plus) Ability to travel as needed Salary $65-70k Fusco Personnel takes great pride in successfully matching talent and culture for our valued clients.
