Many of our employees have built long-term careers here because they know they're valued, supported, and given opportunities to grow.What You'll DoPurchase electrical materials, tools, equipment, and supplies needed for warehouse inventory and active projectsWork with vendors and supply houses to obtain pricing, availability, and lead timesCreate and process purchase orders accurately and efficientlyCommunicate material availability, backorders, substitutions, and potential delays to the appropriate teamsReview material requests and help ensure orders are complete and accurate before purchasingBuild and maintain strong relationships with team members, vendors and supply partnersReceive and verify incoming shipments from vendors and supply housesAssist to unload, inspect, and organize materials for inventoryAssist in pulling and staging materials for upcoming projects using pick ticketsEnsure field crews receive the right materials at the right timeOperate forklifts and material-handling equipment safelyAssist with loading and unloading trucksMaintain accurate purchasing records and documentationDeliver materials to jobsites when neededAssist with inventory management and other warehouse operations as neededWhat We're Looking ForExperience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related roleElectrical or construction material knowledge strongly preferredFamiliarity with electrical supply houses, materials, tools, and equipment is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable working with pricing, quantities, purchase orders, and vendor informationStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to prioritize multiple requests and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills and the ability to learn purchasing and inventory softwareDependable, proactive, and self-motivatedForklift experience (we will train)Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a DOT medical cardA team-first attitude and strong work ethicWhy This Role Matters Anyone can place an order.
