Accenture Flex offers flexible, local, fixed‑duration project‑based work. This Application Support Engineer position engages with critical business systems to diagnose and resolve issues. Key Responsibilities Act as a software detective, providing dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Be a subject‑matter expert, collaborate and manage a team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Copilot is required; proficiency in AI Agents is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, and Engineering Support is suggested. Develop a deep understanding of system components to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues. Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices. Contribute to design and implementation of improvements that enhance system reliability and performance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of business‑critical applications. Analyze recurring problems and propose innovative solutions to prevent future incidents. Client requires onsite work 60% (3 days) and remote 40% (2 days) per week. Additionally, 5 days of Time Away are mandated per calendar quarter. Basic Qualifications Minimum 5 years of work experience. Minimum 3 years AI Agent experience. Minimum 3 years Copilot experience. Minimum 3 years Cloud Experience. Minimum associate’s degree. Preferred Qualifications Bank experience. Strong Software Engineering experience. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on location, role, skill set, and experience. Hourly Salary Range: $40 to $50 in several US locations.
