Medical/Behavioral Paraprofessional - Student Resource JobID: 3740 Position Type: Student Support Services Date Posted: 3/6/2026 Job Posting Dates: March 6, 2026, until filled Location: Later Elementary (Grades 3-5) Reports to: Later Elementary Principal Job Type: Full-Time / Hourly / Non-Exempt Qualifications High School Diploma or Associate Degree Completed ETS Parapro Assessment with a passing score of 460 or higher CPI Certification (preferred) CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred) Experience working with elementary-aged students (preferred) Job Description Supervise and support students assigned to the Student Resource Center for behavioral or academic intervention. Reinforce school-wide behavior expectations and restorative practices. Implement behavior plans under the direction of school administration or student support teams. Support safe and orderly lunch and recess environments through active monitoring. Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student behavior incidents, interventions, and progress as assigned. Accurately document student behavior, interventions, and parent contact in the school's student information system. Other Duties as assigned by the school administrator.
