Warehouse Supervisor

Job Overview Location: Naperville, IL. Division: Supply Chain Solutions. Position: Warehouse Supervisor (Exempt / Salary). Annual Salary: $65,000. Schedule: Mon – Fri, 4pm – 12:30am; overtime may be required on some days. Salary paid twice a month. Responsibilities Supervise, coordinate and oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations. Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to ensure compliance with company standards and customer service specifications. Establish work schedules and procedures, coordinate activities of workers to ensure optimal shift/team logistics. Accountable for site key performance indicators and performance metrics. Collaborate with customers on all aspects of operations. Meet regularly with team members individually and collectively to monitor progress, track performance, coach, counsel, and recognize successes. Promote a diversity and inclusion culture and seek opportunities to improve internal processes. Conduct performance evaluations, recommend awards or merit increases, and address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary processes. Understand labor agreements and maintain positive labor relations. Implement health, safety and security initiatives and ensure adherence to company rules and policies. Provide orientation for new employees, and lead Hands with necessary information and technology. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. One year or more experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred. One year direct supervisory/leadership experience required. DOT regulated compliance essential.
