Dental Assistant About Monte J Smith DDS and Associates, Inc. We are a small and mighty dental office with one doctor in a beautiful community (like being on vacation). Our focus is on patient customer service and we have been voted best dentist at “NextDoor” for ten years in a row, Description Description We are seeking a Dental Office Manager to become a part of our small and mighty team! You will coordinate current staff, dental scheduling, patient care and insurance billing. Responsibilities Oversee dental activities and personnel Schedule dental procedures productively Work collaboratively with Dr and staff to implement smooth workflow Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety Qualifications Previous experience in a dental office Strong leadership qualities Strong organizational skills Proficient with Open Dental Software (preferred) Excellent written and verbal communications skills Willing to look at a relocation bonus for out of the area candidates Salary $25 - $34 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Monte J Smith DDS and Associates, Inc.
