Hiley Hunt Wealth Management is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Omaha.

We are a boutique, fee-only Registered Investment Adviser serving women who have lost a spouse and family stewards with complex financial lives. We place a high value on exceptional client service, attention to detail, professionalism, and doing things the right way.

The Role

The Client Service Associate will play an important role in the day-to-day service of our clients and the operation of the firm. This position works closely with our advisors and clients to ensure requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of care.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing client account opening, maintenance, transfers, distributions, and other service requests
• Working extensively within Charles Schwab Advisor Center and Orion.
• Preparing and processing client paperwork and monitoring items through completion.
• Maintaining accurate client records and workflows within our CRM and other technology platforms.
• Coordinating with Schwab and other outside professionals to resolve client service needs.
• Supporting advisors in preparation for and follow-up from client meetings.
• Proactively identifying outstanding items and ensuring they are completed.
• Providing a consistently high level of service and follow through to the internal team.
• Handling sensitive client and financial information with discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of relevant experience within a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) or broker/dealer environment preferred.
• Experience using Charles Schwab Advisor Center or similar custodial platform.
• Experience with Orion, Redtail CRM, MoneyGuidePro, and Holistiplan is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Good understanding of the financial planning process, investment account types, and coordinated wealth management. 
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, challenging demands, delays, and unexpected events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
