Product Operations Lead (Omaha)

Role Description The Product Operations Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Omaha, NE, responsible for optimizing how Guardify’s products are planned, launched, and managed. This role coordinates cross-functional activities between product, sales, customer success, and operations to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing product and operational data, defining and refining processes, tracking metrics, and preparing reports and dashboards to inform decisions. The Product Operations Lead supports project planning, manages timelines and dependencies, and ensures clear communication of product changes to internal stakeholders. This position also contributes to go-to-market readiness, helps identify opportunities for workflow improvements, and collaborates with teams to enhance customer experience and product adoption.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in operations management, including designing, implementing, and refining processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Project management skills, with experience coordinating initiatives, managing timelines, and aligning stakeholders around shared objectives.
• Familiarity with sales processes or sales enablement, and the ability to support product-related activities that impact sales performance.
• Experience in product operations, product management, or a related role in SaaS or technology organizations is beneficial.
• Comfort working with tools such as CRM systems, project management platforms, and analytics or BI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to Guardify’s mission of supporting justice, child advocacy, and public safety organizations.
