Maxim places registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), licensed vocational nurses (LVNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) in a variety of facility shifts, including per diem, contract, temp-to-perm, and direct hire placement. Job Description Under the direction of a licensed staff, gathers data for the patient provides basic nursing care according to the plan of care. The NA accurately obtains post operative vital signs, encourages coughing and deep breathing and observes for and reports bleeding, redness, swelling or separation to surgical sites. Accurately maintains and records intake and output. Maintains patient rooms and nursing unit in a clean, organized and environmentally safe manner.
