Leasing Consultant

We have a fantastic Leasing Consultant opportunity available! Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Still owned and operated by the Weinstein family after 70+ years, our continued success is attributed to our hands on approach to daily operations and our focus on the customer experience. Location: Bexley Westshore - Cumming, GA Pay: Hourly rates starting at $20/hour, increasing based on experience + quarterly bonuses. Schedule: Alternate schedule: weekdays 9am-6pm, Saturdays 9am-5pm, Sundays closed. Schedule set each week; 5 days worked including Saturdays, 2 days off (Sunday and one weekday). Additional $80 bonus per pay period for flexible schedule. What You’ll Do As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first impression and voice of our community. You’ll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team. You’ll juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks – and we’ll provide all the training and support you need to excel.
