Front Desk Representative

333 South Service Road, Plainview, Long Island, NY Best Western Premier Plainview is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional guest service, we'd love to meet you! Please note: Our hotel is located in Long Island , and reliable transportation is required , as public transportation options may be limited depending on your schedule. Unfortunately, we do not offer medical benefits for this position. Responsibilities Welcome and check guests in and out professionally. Answer phones and assist guests with reservations and inquiries. Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with a positive attitude. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Follow Best Western brand standards and hotel procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk. Qualifications Hotel front desk experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Basic computer skills. Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
