Position Overview The firm is seeking an attorney with direct experience practicing in estate planning, elder law, and/or probate administration. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing client relationships, drafting sophisticated planning documents, and guiding families through complex estate and incapacity matters. Key Responsibilities Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives Advise clients on advanced planning strategies, asset protection, and long-term care planning Handle probate and estate administration matters from initial filing through closing Assist with guardianship and related court proceedings Provide thoughtful, solutions-oriented counsel to individuals and families Maintain strong client communication and manage matters efficiently Qualifications Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Ohio Experience practicing in estate planning, elder law, and/or probate administration Strong drafting and analytical skills Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a growing practice Why This Opportunity?
