Scully Company is seeking a hands-on Property Maintenance Lead to oversee daily operations at our Bala Cynwyd community. You will delegate tasks, guide a skilled team, and ensure all repairs and preventive maintenance are completed efficiently while maintaining safety and compliance. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in property maintenance, strong customer service, and a valid HVAC certification.
