What You'll Do

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on reviews and clinical interviews with inmates
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans tailored to inmate needs and functioning levels
• Document all treatment and evaluation activities meticulously in health records
• Provide crisis intervention and mental health counseling services
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Apply psychological counseling techniques and therapeutic interventions
• Support inmates' mental health needs through evaluations and appropriate treatment strategies

What You Need

• Valid LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license
• Social Security Card and Driver's License for facility clearance
• Prior experience in mental health assessment, crisis intervention, or correctional settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of psychological counseling theories and practices
• Open availability per CoreCivic scheduling policy
