Job Overview We are hiring hourly Team Members for all shifts at Kumori -Sushi and Teppanyaki- in Trenton. Open availability is a plus. Duties and Responsibilities Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service Familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested Collect payments by accepting cash, check, and charge payments from customers Check ID to ensure minimum age requirement is met Must be over 21 to serve alcoholic beverages Notify kitchen personnel of food orders, shortages, or special orders Serve appetizers, salads, cold dishes and beverages Recognize customer intoxication in accordance with Kumori policy Assist with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining/work areas neat and pleasant Qualifications Must have great customer service skills and demonstrate oral or written communication skills Computer skills Must be at least 18 years of age Physical Requirements Lift up to 10 lbs.
