Bilingual Retention Specialist - Remote
Smart Start
Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Retention Program Advisor to handle inbound and outbound calls about appointments and account inquiries. You will use retention rebuttals to overcome hesitancy and aim to secure attendance or reschedule the customer. This remote role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a high school diploma, and at least 6 months in customer service.
