Apply today!Your day to day as a Maintenance Technician (Maintenance/Janitorial) As a new Maintenance Technician at Biltmore Properties Inc, you will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, performing maintenance tasks, and addressing any issues promptly. You'll collaborate with the team to ensure properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Daily tasks may include troubleshooting minor repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Your role will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.
