What You’ll Do: Community Outreach & Growth Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, and referral partners Represent the agency at networking events and community outreach opportunities Develop strategies to grow referrals and increase community awareness Operations & Leadership Oversee daily operations of the personal care agency Recruit, train, and support caregivers and office staff Collaborate with clients, families, and RN to ensure quality care plans Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency standards Support scheduling, payroll, billing, and reporting functions What We’re Looking For: Experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or home care Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented Knowledge of local healthcare networks (preferred) Passion for serving seniors and families Why Join AmeriCare Plus?
