Vice President Creative Experiences

We’re looking for a visionary Vice President, Creative Experiences to lead the development of impactful, insight-driven creative strategies that move people and transform brands. As a senior leader, you’ll bridge strategy and creativity — uncovering deep consumer insights, shaping powerful brand stories, and inspiring teams to deliver ideas that drive real results. You’ll partner directly with CMOs, brand leaders, and cross-disciplinary teams to ensure every engagement delivers measurable impact, innovation, and excellence. What you will do: Lead and Inspire: Guide high-performing creative and strategy teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and bold thinking. Drive Strategic Excellence: Oversee a portfolio of multi-market, cross-disciplinary creative initiatives — ensuring end-to-end delivery from insight to execution. Be a Trusted Advisor: Build deep client relationships with senior executives, providing strategic counsel that earns confidence and drives transformation. Champion Innovation: Use cultural and data insights to refine creative strategies, uncover new opportunities, and deliver disruptive ideas. Fuel Growth: Identify whitespace opportunities within client partnerships and contribute to new business development through thought leadership and strategic storytelling. Elevate the Brand: Represent the company at industry events and in published insights, amplifying our creative and strategic influence in the market. What you bring: 12+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand experience, or integrated marketing (agency or brand-side). Proven success leading large-scale creative engagements and multidisciplinary teams. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and emerging technologies. Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills. Strategic vision with the ability to connect creativity to business impact. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (Master’s a plus).
