You’ll ensure efficient product intake and replenishment on the sales floor. You’ll package orders for customers while contributing to an inclusive work environment focused on both the product and the customer.**What You’ll Do*** Manage stock room operations by overseeing staffing, supply inventory, maintenance, and equipment.* Support the store team to exceed selling and service expectations for our customers.* Ensure the store meets back-of-house standards in replenishment, cleanliness, and safety.* Adeptly learn and teach our shipment systems while complying with merchandise handling guidelines.* Ensure the store meets back-of-house standards in replenishment, cleanliness, and safety.* Demonstrate leadership by providing direction to associates while fostering excellent communication with Inventory Control and management.**Who You Are*** Are at least 18 years old.* Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.* Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.* Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.* Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.* Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.* Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.**Some Perks and Benefits*** Competitive base pay and bonus programs* Up to 60% discount on branded product from J.
