What You’ll DoAs our Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Leading and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Managing staff schedules and ensuring proper coverage.
- Upholding quality and safety standards in all areas of the restaurant.
- Addressing customer feedback with professionalism and care.
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Contributing to a positive and team-oriented work environment.
We’re seeking a candidate who brings a combination of skills, experience, and enthusiasm to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
