Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations including phones, emails, and scheduling
• Coordinate and dispatch cleaning crews to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of client accounts, invoices, and payments
• Support management with reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks
• Onboard new clients and maintain strong customer relationships
• Order and track office and cleaning supply inventory as needed

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in office administration, customer service, or a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience with scheduling or dispatch software is a plus
• Positive, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset

We are a veteran owned residential and commercial cleaning company. We provide general maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleanup, move in/out cleaning, Airbnb housekeeping and event cleaning services.
