Registered Nurse

This position involves administering medications and treatments as prescribed. You will monitor and report changes in resident conditions. Timely and accurate documentation is required. Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies. You will supervise CNAs on assigned units. A focus on organized, detail-oriented work is essential. You must be dependable with consistent attendance. Flexibility with scheduling needs is important. Every other weekend is required. First-time travelers are accepted for this position. The patient population includes individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia. The typical nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:18-20 in a 300-bed facility.
