Front Desk Associate – Full Time

We are seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment processing
• Maintain accurate guest records and daily reports
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure overall guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments regarding room status and guest requests
• Monitor lobby and front desk areas to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn hotel management software
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
