As a Principal Recruitment Consultant , you will build & maintain great relationships with cybersecurity leaders across North America, and position yourself as a trusted partner for all things cybersecurity team building; accountable for both business development and recruiting. We are looking for someone who aspires to be a recognized thought leader in the industry and who we can build around. What you will bring: 4+ years recruitment experience in a technical market. While you don't have to have recruited cybersecurity professionals before, you do need to come from a technical market and be able to demonstrate credibility in a technical market in front of exec stakeholders. Experience winning & developing your own clients. It is of paramount importance that you bring a proven track record at winning over senior stakeholders and beating the competition to be their 'go-to' recruiter. An unrivalled drive to win.
