Your Responsibilities

• Utilize radiographic and CT technology to obtain precise diagnostic images for physician analysis
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and the healthcare team for accurate clinical assessments
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and proper equipment calibration for optimal image capture
• Prioritize radiation safety for patients and coworkers alike
• Keep meticulous records, including imaging documentation and equipment upkeep
• Deliver compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging process
• Contribute to maintaining an effective, organized, and safe imaging environment

Educational Background

• Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Graduated from an accredited radiology program

Necessary Certifications

• ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
• Current BLS certification or the capability to secure one within 90 days post-hire

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety measures
• Excellent patient and interdisciplinary communication abilities
• Adaptable in high-pressure situations and competent in meeting dynamic demands
• Meticulousness and a profound sense of responsibility
• Comfort with PACS, RIS, and the latest imaging software
