Shape What’s Next in Plastics Packaging

When your day starts at 6:50 a.m., you step onto the floor of a leading plastics packaging operation in New Berlin, WI. Over the next 12 hours, you’ll bring blow-molding equipment online, fine-tune processing parameters, and keep production humming—then hand off at 7:00 p.m. Your schedule runs four days on, four days off, giving you long stretches to recharge.

Compensation

Pay: $22-34/hr. (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate blow-molding machines to meet customer specifications and quality targets.
• Troubleshoot and adjust processing conditions to maintain steady, efficient runs.
• Perform routine mechanical maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Work safely at all times while following documented procedures.
• Support GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality requirements as mandated by the company, customers, and relevant agencies.

What You Bring

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience setting up, troubleshooting, and operating blow molding equipment.
• Comfort with basic computer and iPad tasks, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to supply your own basic tools.

Schedule

Shift: Days 6:50a-7p (4 days on, 4 days off rotating schedule)
