Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience providing PT evaluations and treatments in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Experience in acute care, ICU, SNF, home health, assisted living, skilled nursing facility, long term care, and outpatient settings
• Ability to work in ER, ICU, Med/Surg, and hospital-based outpatient clinic settings
• Hawaii PT license required

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday schedule.
• 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Flexibility in work hours may occur.
• Saturday availability is required.
