Immigration Attorney (Removal Defense - In-Person, Tampa, FL)

Tocado’s Law Firm is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Immigration Attorney to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This is a full-time, in-person position focused primarily on removal defense before the Immigration Court. The selected candidate will work closely with lead counsel in managing a high-volume caseload and representing clients in complex immigration matters. The attorney will be responsible for appearing at Master Hearings and assisting with preparation for Individual Hearings, as well as attending USCIS interviews and, when necessary, ICE appointments. This role requires strong litigation skills, the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently, and a proactive approach to client advocacy. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, highly organized, and capable of working in a fast‑paced legal environment. Fluency in Spanish is required, as most of our clients are Spanish‑speaking. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in defending individuals in removal proceedings while contributing to a growing and dynamic immigration practice.
