BUSINESS CONTROLLER / CONTRÔLEUR DE GESTION (F/H)
Type de contrat CDI Ville Tournai Nous accompagnons actuellement l’un de nos clients dans le recrutement d’un Business Controller /Contrôleur de Gestion afin de renforcer son équipe finance. Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 3 personnes et travaillerez directement avec le Directeur Financier, qui a à cœur de former et faire évoluer la personne sur cette fonction. Votre mission Participer au suivi des performances financières Contribuer aux reportings et tableaux de bord Analyser les écarts et indicateurs de performance Participer aux clôtures mensuelles Contribuer à l’élaboration et à l’amélioration du budget annuel : collecte, contrôle et consolidation des données financières Support aux équipes dans la fiabilisation et l’analyse des données financières Amélioration et automatisation des outils de suivi et de reporting (Power BI, Excel etc.) C’est une excellente opportunité pour un jeune diplômé ou un profil avec une première expérience souhaitant développer ses compétences en contrôle de gestion/Business Control et Audit Interne. Qualifications Graduat ou Bachelor minimum en comptabilité, finance, gestion ou audit Idéalement diplôme ou expérience en Belgique Une première expérience est un plus mais non obligatoire Bonne maîtrise d’Excel Esprit analytique, rigueur et envie d’apprendre Anglais ou néerlandais = un plus Rémunération et avantages CDI 2 500 € à 3 200 € brut/mois sur 13,92 mois Bonus CCT90 : ± 500 à 1 200 € net/an Chèques repas : 8 € Éco-chèques : 250 € Assurance hospitalisation 1 jour de télétravail / semaine #J-18808-Ljbffr Cyrius PartnersVacancy posted 4 days ago
