What You'll Do * Complete service calls efficiently while troubleshooting electrical issues and educating customers. * Meet and exceed key performance goals for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. * Deliver professional workmanship with the right tools for every job. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site and service vehicle. * Build strong customer relationships to provide the right products and services and generate referrals. * Follow Eco's service system to ensure consistent quality and educate customers on products and services. * Participate actively in training sessions, team meetings, and company initiatives. What You'll Bring * 2-5 years of proven residential electrical experience with a desire to continually improve your skills. * Strong understanding of local electrical codes and the ability to apply them on the job. * Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to learn iPad-based software. * A team-oriented mindset while thriving as an individual contributor. * Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. * Motivation to improve every day and help others Physical Requirements * Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for long periods. * Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. * Ready to work in all types of weather. * Able to communicate clearly in English. * Willing and able to wear all required PPE (safety glasses, safety-toe boots, etc.) Offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening #GetEco
