Project Manager - ConstructionThe Construction Project Manager leads all phases of restoration projects—commercial and residential—from planning through completion. This role involves managing subcontractors, creating schedules, overseeing demolition and construction, and ensuring thorough documentation and policy compliance. You'll serve as the key point of contact for customers, guiding them through the restoration process.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope and assist in creating estimates using XactimateCoordinate and execute change orders, including pricing and contract signaturesCommunicate with customers and adjusters to resolve questions and issuesDevelop and manage project schedules, accounting for material lead timesOversee subcontractor performance and ensure work meets quality standardsTrack costs and invoices, ensuring alignment with budgetResolve onsite issues quickly to maintain progress and customer satisfactionConduct daily site inspections and post-project quality checksEnforce safety procedures and ensure PPE useQualificationsHigh school diploma required; degree in Construction Management preferredStrong background in insurance restoration and dealing with adjustersExtensive experience in construction and subcontractor management | Preferably 5 years of Construction Project ManagementValid driver's license with clean driving recordExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAble to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or with a teamSolid understanding of materials affected by fire, water, wind, and smoke damagePhysical RequirementsLift/move up to 60 lbs. regularlyFrequent standing, walking, squatting, and crawlingMust wear PPE as required (e.g., respirators, gloves)Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditionsDisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by associates assigned to this classification.
