RN Unit Manager
Hudson Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
RN Unit Manager
Duties:
- Assess resident's clinical needs.
- Handle all supervisory duties for the unit.
- Mentor less experienced nurses.
- Establish the standards of care for the unit.
- Review resident records & quality of care.
- Address questions brought forward by residents and their families.
- Represent the unit's interests with upper-level management.
Requirements:
- Long Term Care Experience Preferred, but we will train the right graduate nurse.
- Must hold valid, unencumbered Registered Nurse License in NYS or be eligible for reciprocity.
- Basic computer skills including EHR use.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player!
- Demonstrate excellent attendance and flexibility.
