CGS Global is seeking experienced Commercial Painters / Industrial Coaters for a commercial and industrial work with competitive pay, steady hours, and opportunities to transfer to future projects nationwide.

Project Details

Location: Phoenix Area

Schedule: Monday-Friday with overtime/weekends as needed

Day shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm


Night Shift: 8:00pm - 6:30am


Language: English or Spanish accepted

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, grinding, scraping, cleaning, masking, and patching as needed
• Apply industrial paints, primers, epoxies, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Operate and maintain industrial painting and coating equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform coating applications on structural steel, piping, tanks, equipment, and industrial facilities
• Monitor coating thickness, consistency, and finish quality to meet project specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Follow all OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and jobsite requirements
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and properly handle hazardous materials

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of industrial painting or industrial coating experience
• Experience with spray systems, epoxies, and protective coatings preferred
• Knowledge of surface preparation and industrial coating applications
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Must have own tools and PPE
• Ability to work independently and maintain jobsite standards
• Strong understanding of OSHA and workplace safety procedures
