Field Sales Representative

Brewt's Field Sales Representative is responsible for building distributor and retailer relationships while growing Brewt's distribution, visibility, and sales throughout Michigan. This role will report directly to Brewt’s VP of Sales with an expected start date of early November.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about introducing customers to an exciting cocktail brand. You'll work closely with distributors, retailers, bars, restaurants, and internal leadership to drive sales, execute promotions, and ensure Brewt's stands out in every account.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and on-premise accounts throughout the assigned territory.
• Drive new account acquisition while growing sales within existing accounts.
• Partner with distributor sales teams to increase distribution, placements, and account engagement.
• Execute merchandising initiatives, ensuring Brewt's products are prominently displayed and fully stocked.
• Deliver and install point-of-sale materials, promotional items, and product samples as needed.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor execution, identify opportunities, and provide account support.
• Coordinate and execute tastings, samplings, promotions, and special events to increase consumer awareness and trial.
• Educate retailers, bartenders, and consumers on the Brewt's portfolio and brand story.
• Track sales activity, account visits, competitive trends, and market feedback using CRM and reporting tools.
• Represent Brewt's with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Travel regularly throughout Michigan, including occasional evenings and weekends for events.
• Report weekly field discoveries and opportunities to Brewt's VP of Sales

QualificationsRequired

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift and transport cases of product and promotional materials.
• Comfortable working occasional evenings and weekends for promotional events.

Preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in beverage alcohol, CPG, outside sales, or account management.
• Experience working with bev-alc distributors
• Knowledge of the Michigan beverage alcohol markets.
• Experience in merchandising, promotions, or event marketing.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $70,000–$75,000 , based on experience and qualifications.
