Regional Customer Service Associate

Overview IST Management is seeking a Regional Customer Service Associate to join our team at IST Management Services! The Regional Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing customer service in both corporate and legal offices in San Francisco. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in hospitality or customer service, are willing to train, possess a level of professionalism and are ready to grow in their office services career! Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401K, Paid Time Off, and Bonus Incentives! Hourly Compensation $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Schedule Monday-Friday and hours based on assignment. Responsibilities Reception – answering calls, forwarding voice-mails, greeting guests, validating parking, etc. Hospitality – ensuring site common areas are well‑stocked and maintained, checking conference rooms and resetting after meetings, etc. Mail Room – processing incoming and outgoing mail/packages. Copy Center – fulfilling scan/print requests according to the instructions provided. Maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude. Consistently adhering to business procedure guidelines. Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Customer Service / Hospitality / Retail background preferred. Professional appearance and demeanor. Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to meet employer's attendance policy. Lifting up to 55 pounds.
