A company in the Inland Empire is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team. The Accounting Manager would be responsible for overseeing the general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and overseeing AP and AR. What do you need for this Accounting Manager role?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of management experience
• 8+ years of accounting experience
• Advanced Excel
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution aligned environment a plus

What will you do for this Accounting Manager role?

• Oversee operational accounting functions including AP and AR.
• Manage the monthly and year-end close process.
• Supervise and support accounting staff.
• Lead the effort to catch up and standardize account reconciliations, including bank and balance sheet accounts.
• Reconcile approximately accounts for year-end reporting and establish processes for ongoing monthly reconciliations.
• Manage bank reconciliations.
• Drive the cleanup and organization of financial records to strengthen accounting controls and reporting accuracy.
• Support ongoing initiatives to streamline data and accelerate billing processes.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the company’s external CPA firm conducting the organization’s first financial review.
• Support preparation of financial documentation and schedules required for the CPA review.
• Assist leadership with financial documentation required for facility acquisition and financing activities.
• Work closely with executive leadership and ownership on financial operations.
