Lien Services (S.B.S.) is one of California's premier assessment collection companies, providing collection services for Property Management Companies and Homeowners Associations throughout the state. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Homeowner Assessment Collections Specialist located in Westlake Village, CA. The Homeowner Assessment Collections Specialist will have a complete understanding of all aspects of the collection and foreclosure process for homeowner assessments. You will be responsible for managing daily collection activities all while upholding our high standards of customer service. Job Duties Review new matters, input files into a computer system, and prepare documents for recording Follow up on all aspects of the collection process Correspond with clients and the title company as needed through the process Communicate with homeowners in stressful situations Document all phone conversations and/or import emails to the computer system Review Trustee Sale Guarantee reports, identify mailings, and note items of importance for clients Type correspondence in proper format, proofread, and mail as assigned Prioritize tasks each day so the work lists are completed daily Operate standard office equipment Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong detail orientation and ability to quickly learn new processes Effective problem-solving abilities Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills Superior written and verbal communication skills Education / Training Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent Some college education is beneficial Experience Compensation is commensurate with experience #J-18808-Ljbffr SBS Lien Services
