Bilingual (English/Spanish) Marketing and Communications Copywriter Company Overview On Location is a global leader in premium experiential hospitality, providing ticketing, curated guest experiences, live event production, and travel management across sports, entertainment, fashion, and culture. We partner with iconic rights holders such as the IOC, FIFA, NFL, NCAA, UFC, WWE, and PGA of America, and operate a number of our own unique experiences. Responsibilities Write engaging copy for a variety of sales and marketing channels. Partner with marketing designers to build marketing assets and templates. Ensure all copy is insight‑and data‑driven, on brand, and drives results. Develop a deep understanding of our audiences. Present work to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with Creative and marketing channel teams. Research and keep a pulse on trends, issues, and topics that matter most to key audiences. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of legal guidelines. Translate creative concepts and messaging while preserving tone, meaning, and cultural nuance. Adapt and refine content quickly based on feedback and evolving project needs. Ensure copy consistency across all touchpoints while staying true to the LA28 voice. Qualifications Native‑level bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. Minimum 5 years experience as a copywriter. Comfort with feedback, testing, iterating, and learning. Experience in consumer copywriting; brand and performance copy for B2B and B2C sales materials and marketing. Proven expertise and knowledge of email best practices and digital marketing. Compensation Hiring pay rates are based on the prevailing current hiring range for this position. Base salary ranges from $67,500 to $90,000 annually, depending on qualifications and location, and may include short and long‑term incentives, development, and benefits such as health care, retirement, vacation, and paid time off.
