Join a company that values integrity, excellence, and long-term growth.Key Responsibilities:Communicate refinance and loan assumption options for VA and FHA borrowersConvert inbound and transferred leads into completed loan applicationsEducate borrowers on Assumption loan processes, eligibility requirements, and financial benefitsMake 30-120 daily contacts (calls, texts, emails) using CRM systems and structured scriptsCollaborate with internal processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure smooth loan executionGuide borrowers through both refinance and loan assumption transactions from start to finishBasic Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple borrower pipelines effectivelyComfortable working in a high-volume, phone-based sales environmentProven time management and organizational skillsBasic proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceSpecific Qualifications:Active NMLS license required (deactivated licenses accepted; company will cover reactivation costs)Minimum 1 year of inside sales or call center experienceMust have proven experience with Assumption loans (loan assumption processing, qualification, and execution required)Knowledge of VA, FHA, USDA, and Conventional loan programsFamiliarity with Encompass or similar loan origination systems preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBenefits:Base salary of $4,000 per monthPerformance-based bonus structure with strong earning potential401(k) with company matchingHealth, dental, and vision insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Life insurance and paid time off (PTO)Supportive team environment with career advancement opportunitiesIn Summary: If you're looking for a long-term career with a company that invests in your success and gives you the tools to close more loans, apply now.
