Smile Jobs is partnering with a highly reputable dental practice in the Elmhurst and Downers Grove area to proactively build a talent pipeline for future Practice Administrator opportunities as the practices continues to grow. This is a full-time position.

What These Practices Typically Look For:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and inspire the office team while modeling core values
• Oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Manage financial performance, KPIs, and operational goals
• Recruit, coach, and retain top talent
• Partner closely with clinicians to support overall practice success

Ideal Background:

• Dental or healthcare management experience required (dental strongly preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Financial acumen with exposure to P&L management and KPIs
• Proficiency in MS Office; Dentrix experience preferred
