Per Diem Nurse Practitioner

Providence ElderPlace is seeking a Per Diem, board‑certified ARNP with experience in Adult Primary Care, Gerontology or Family Medicine to join its Seattle facility. Outpatient clinic setting with occasional off‑site visits to participants' residences Minimum of 1 year of adult primary or geriatrics care experience required Interdisciplinary model of care, working with a team of professionals Flexibility in practice with geriatric medicine group, great learning opportunity Compensation is between $77.40 and $89.01 per hour Compensation amounts may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives; in addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them Where You’ll Work Providence ElderPlace is an innovative program of health care and social services for older adults.
