Repossession Agent

Repo Agent — $80-$95/Car — Take-Home Truck — Full Benefits

We're looking for repo men who know how to get the job done and want to actually get paid for it.

$80 base per car. Cars that require dollies pay $95. Most jobs mix both — averages out to $88/car.

Average guys on our team bring home $7,500 a month. Top guys push $10,000+. The more cars you run, the more you make.

What Makes TrueNorth Different

• $500 cash bonus at 60 days
• Pay that's straightforward — $80 per car, $95 when the job calls for dollies. Some cars come in spotted by our camera team — spotted cars pay $80. Hit 20+ cars in a week and everything pays at full rate.
• Your own RAM 4500 — late-model truck with LPR. As long as you're with us and producing, that truck is yours.
• Full benefits — medical, dental, vision, and paid time off. Almost no one in this industry offers this. We do.
• 24/7 support team — we have people in the office around the clock handling condition reports, paperwork, and police notification calls so you can stay in the field running cars.
• Good intel on your accounts — addresses are already researched before they hit your map. You're not chasing dead leads all night.
• Flexible schedule — we'll sit down and find hours that work for you and for us.
• Room to move up — we're growing across NC. Team lead and management spots go to guys who produce.

What a Night Looks Like

You start with a map of addresses — cars flagged for repo in your area. Management pushes you more assignments as the night goes. You find the car, hook it up, and drop it at the nearest impound lot. Our office team handles the paperwork from there. You stay in the field. Support is there all night if you need anything.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, clean record
• 23 or older (insurance requirement)
• Experience on a tow truck — wheel-lift, self-loader, or flatbed
• Pass a background check and drug test
• Keep your cool when things get tense — this job involves dealing with people

Good Fit If You've Been In:

Law enforcement — If you've worked as an officer, deputy, or sheriff's deputy, you already know how to handle people in tough situations. We want guys with that background.

Military — Any branch, any MOS. The ability to stay calm and get the job done carries over directly. We have a strong veteran presence and we're building more of that.

One More Thing

North Carolina doesn't require a repo license for field agents. If you have a clean record, tow truck experience, and the right attitude — you're already qualified.
