Job Skills / Requirements

Sunstates Security is currently hiring for Part-Time Security Officers in Cary, North Carolina. We have 1st shift available on the weekends! This position offers a pay rate of $16.50/hr - paid weekly.

Schedule:

• 1st shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Saturday and Sunday

Requirements:

• Prior security, law enforcement, and/or corrections experience
• Current PPSB certified a plus
• Must be able to work weekends
• A customer service professional with security experience preferred
• Have a good driving history
• Solid report writing skills
• Attention to detail
• Ensuring access to the facility is strictly monitored
• Must be able to conduct interior and exterior foot patrols

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

Education Requirements (All)

High School diploma or equivalent
